NOAM - Healing Music Concert
T
he healing use of voice and rhythm by women is a 3,000 year old tradition. Both babies and adults are reassured and calmed by rhythmic, repetitive sounds that remind them of things they heard in the womb.
The program, consisting of soothing vocals, Eastern percussion, harp & violin relaxes and increases concentration. The vocal music is intentionally wordless. This conscious use of voice bypasses the intellect allowing the listener to connect with a deeper level of consciousness. There is no limiting factor of language. The mind enters a similar relaxing state to that of sleep. The listener leaves the concert relaxed and alert with practical tools to use in daily life. Noam is a unique music program for adults, parents and children and and busy business people.
The concert draws upon the ancient Easterm tradition where there is no separation between the "musician" and the "audience". They are connected and interdependent upon one another.

through the affirmative power of tenderness... This is an uplifting breath of fresh air and healing balm to the suffering of so many during these turbulent times.
